La villa Kalos est une maison d'hôtes en pierre installée sur l'île grecque d'Ithaque célèbre dans la mythologie pour son roi, Ulysse, qui en partit pour vivre son Odyssée pendant que sa femme Pénélope attendait avec patience le retour de son époux. En 2007, ses propriétaires Gerda et Robbert , deux photographes célèbres en Afrique du Sud, ont décidé de réaliser leur rêve grec entre amandiers et oliviers en la rénovant et en la louant pour de courts séjours à des hôtes tentés par la vie simple des méditerranéens.
