Cette maison de ville joyeuse à la décoration colorée est celle d'un jeune couple avec un enfant qui est tombé sous son charme immédiatement après l'avoir cherchée pendant de longs mois. C'est en Argentine que l'architecte Sol Galliano a réalisé cette rénovation dans sa première maison avec Lucía Rivolta. La base blanche et neutre a permis d'ajouter des détails colorés et vifs pour dynamiser son intérieur. Avant sa rénovation cette maison était constituée de petites pièces dont aucune ne donnait sur le patio, un bien pourtant précieux en ville.
Les propriétaires l'ont donc totalement transformée, installant la cuisine à l'arrière où se trouvaient autrefois les chambres, agrandissant le salon en abattant un mur. Elle avait autrefois appartenu à un artiste peintre, Rubén Molteni et pendant les travaux ils ont découvert plusieurs de ses tableaux . Ils ont trouvé leur place sur les murs du salon tout naturellement. Grâce à une base sobre, cette maison de ville joyeuse a pu être parée de détails colorés sans qu'on ne puisse s'en lasser, et en pouvant la faire évoluer au fil du temps, selon les envies. This cheerful town house with its colourful decor belongs to a young couple with a child who fell under its spell immediately after searching for it for many months. Architect Sol Galliano carried out the renovation of his first house with Lucía Rivolta in Argentina. The neutral white base was used to add bright, colourful details to liven up the interior. Before the renovation, the house was made up of small rooms, none of which opened onto the patio, a precious asset in the city.
So the owners completely transformed it, moving the kitchen to the back where the bedrooms used to be, and enlarging the living room by knocking down a wall. The house once belonged to a painter by the name of Rubén Molteni, and during the work they discovered several of his paintings. They found their place on the walls of the living room quite naturally.
