C'est une maison aux lignes simples, un simple rectange avec une mezzanine et de grandes baies vitrées s'ouvrant sur son jardin. Toutes les pièces principales, le grand séjour ouvert avec sa cuisine, et les trois chambres ainsi que la salle de bain sont au premier niveau. Le second niveau n'accueille que la mezzanine. Le séjour est au centre du plan, et les chambres de part et d'autres, séparant ainsi parfaitement l'espace parent de celui des enfants.
