Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble londonien, cet appartement contemporain de 68m2 appartient à un couple qui l'utilise comme pied-à-terre lorsqu'il se rend en Angleterre. Il bénéficie d'une situation en dernier étage et d'une terrasse en plein ciel. Cette configuration a permis d'utiliser des couleurs sombres pour sa décoration, car c'est un endroit très lumineux à l'origine. C'est l'architecte d'intérieur Sara Leonor qui a été chargée par ses clients de créer un univers unique et accueillant lorsqu'ils arrivent dans l'appartement après de nombreuses heures de voyage.
Des travaux ont été menés pour ouvrir les espaces, et créer une grande pièce de vie fonctionnelle avec une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la terrasse. La décoration sur une base noire est relevée par des touches de couleurs fortes qui donnent à cet appartement contemporain de 68m2 une personnalité unique. Located on the top floor of a London building, this contemporary 68m2 flat belongs to a couple who use it as a pied-à-terre when they travel to England. It benefits from a top-floor position and an open-air terrace. This configuration made it possible to use dark colours for its decoration, as it was originally a very bright place. Interior designer Sara Leonor was commissioned by her clients to create a unique and welcoming environment when they arrived at the flat after many hours of travelling.
Work was carried out to open up the spaces and create a large, functional living room with an open kitchen opening onto the terrace. The black base of the decor is enhanced by strong splashes of colour, giving this contemporary 68m2 flat a unique personality.
