La région regorge de merveilles à découvrir pour les amoureux des environnements préservés. Le volcan Calbuco et les rives paisibles du lac Llanquihue, sont tout proches. La façade sombre cache un intérieur lumineux, où le bois est omniprésent, mais jamais étouffant grâce aux larges ouvertures vitrées. A l'étage, une mezzanine accueille la chambre, mais cette maison est prévue pour quatre personnes car on peut dormir au premier niveau sur le canapé convertible.
