Cet appartement design aux touches asiatiques est situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble de grande hauteur à Almaty, au Kazakhstan. D'une surface de 165m2, sa décoration a été réalisée par Studio Oro Design et sa conception intérieure par Buzdayeva Zaure, qui a transformé un plateau sans identité, en un lieu contemporain et agréable à vivre. Il allie identité locale et architecture moderne avec un bel équilibre.
On ressent une grande douceur dans cet intérieur moderne, grâce à la lumière filtrée par les voilages, et les meubles aux courbes accueillantes. Les parois transparentes permettent de définir les zones, sans arrêter le regard. Le point focal du salon est sans aucun doute la cheminée surmontée d'étagères, qui a permis de dissimuler une colonne qui soutient la structure et qui devait être conservée. Toutefois, d'autres éléments structurels ont pu être supprimés afin de créer de vastes espaces de réception, dans cet appartement design aux touches asiatiques, où la palette de couleurs sobre est relevée par des touches de rouge qui viennent dynamiser l'ensemble. This designer flat with Asian touches is located on the top floor of a high-rise building in Almaty, Kazakhstan. With a surface area of 165m2, it was decorated by ORO Design and the interior design by Buzdayeva Zaure, who transformed a flat with no identity into a contemporary and pleasant place to live. It combines local identity and modern architecture with a fine balance.
This modern interior has a soft feel, thanks to the light filtered through the curtains and the inviting curves of the furniture. The transparent walls help to define the areas without blocking the view. The focal point of the living room is undoubtedly the fireplace topped with shelves, which has made it possible to conceal a column supporting the structure that had to be kept. However, other structural elements have been removed to create spacious reception areas in this design flat with Asian touches, where the sober colour palette is enhanced by touches of red that add dynamism to the whole.
