Lumière, vue panoramique et esprit maritime : cet appartement de 68m2 plein de lumière a été pensé pour un jeune couple. Il conjugue design, personnalité et touches vintage pour un intérieur frais et vivant. Perché au 33ème étage d’une résidence moderne surplombant les lacs de Golovinsky, ce premier appartement d’un jeune couple a été entièrement repensé par la designer Maria Tkachuk. Les incontournables du projet? Une palette douce et claire, une atmosphère lumineuse et aérée, et deux espaces de travail distincts, l’un en bureau/atelier et l’autre intégré dans la chambre. Livré avec une finition initiale standard du promoteur, le projet a nécessité de repartir de zéro : il a fallu revenir au béton brut, et à une réinterprétation complète de l’espace.
L’inspiration principale ? Les personnalités des propriétaires et la proximité de l’eau. Chaque détail évoque la fraîcheur et la vie maritime, des accents de bleu profond dans la salle de bains au lustre en forme de coquillage, en passant par un banc bleu Klein. Un canapé orange vient mettre ces couleurs froides en valeur. Le charme de l’appartement tient également aux pièces vintage et aux objets personnels : une chaise IKEA ancienne, une rare chaise danoise Hans Olsen, un miroir chiné, des œuvres contemporaines et un mur de photos de voyage dans le bureau. Ici, chaque objet raconte une histoire, transformant cet appartement de 68m2 plein de lumière en un lieu vivant et profondément personnalisé, où confort et style se conjuguent. Light, panoramic views, and a maritime spirit: this 68m2 apartment full of light was designed for a young couple. It combines design, personality, and vintage touches for a fresh and vibrant interior. Perched on the 33rd floor of a modern residence overlooking the Golovinsky lakes, this first apartment of a young couple was entirely redesigned by the designer Maria Tkachuk. The essentials of the project? A soft and clear palette, a bright and airy atmosphere, and two distinct workspaces, one in an office/workshop and the other integrated into the bedroom. Delivered with a standard initial finish from the developer, the project required starting from scratch: it was necessary to go back to the bare concrete and completely reinterpret the space.
The main inspiration? The personalities of the owners and the proximity to the water. Every detail evokes freshness and maritime life, from the accents of deep blue in the bathroom to the shell-shaped chandelier, and the Klein blue bench. An orange sofa highlights these cold colours. The charm of the apartment also lies in the vintage pieces and personal objects: an old IKEA chair, a rare Danish Hans Olsen chair, a flea market mirror, contemporary artworks, and a wall of travel photos in the office. Here, each object tells a story, transforming this 68 m2 light-filled apartment into a lively and deeply personalised space where comfort and style come together.
