L’architecte Stanislav Kozin du bureau SKNYPL a repensé cet appartement de 50m2 design, un ancien studio, pour une jeune photographe. Grâce à une cloison mobile en acier inoxydable, l’espace se métamorphose selon l’humeur du jour. Il a fait disparaître les murs inutiles pour révéler la structure d’origine: briques apparentes, poutres en béton et plafonds de trois mètres. Désormais, le décor est à la fois industriel et raffiné, pile dans l’esprit d’Anna, sa propriétaire, photographe et fondatrice d’une galerie d’art contemporain.
Elle souhaitait un intérieur pensé par un architecte, pas un décorateur. Kozin a donc imaginé un grand espace fluide rythmé par une cloison en acier inoxydable, qui sert à la fois de séparation et de meuble multifonction. Derrière ses portes vitrées et son rideau bleu, la chambre s’ouvre ou se referme au gré du moment. Chaque meuble, dessiné pour cet appartement de 50m2 design, trouve naturellement sa place. The architect Stanislav Kozin from the SKNYPL office has redesigned this 50m2 apartment, a former studio, for a young photographer. Thanks to a mobile stainless steel partition, the space transforms according to the mood of the day. He removed the unnecessary walls to reveal the original structure: exposed bricks, concrete beams and three-meter ceilings. From now on, the decor is both industrial and refined, right in line with Anna, its owner, photographer, and founder of a contemporary art gallery.
She wanted an interior designed by an architect, not an interior designer. Kozin therefore imagined a large, fluid space punctuated by a stainless steel partition, which serves both as a separation and a multifunctional piece of furniture. Behind its glass doors and blue curtain, the room opens or closes as the moment dictates. Each piece of furniture, designed for this 50m2 apartment, naturally finds its place.
