Dans le quartier vibrant de Palermo Botánico à Buenos Aires en Argentine, ce deux-pièces rénové a retrouvé une vraie personnalité grâce à la décoratrice Alejandra Nusenovich. Sa terrasse donnant sur la ville a guidé tout le projet. Il a été pensé pour rester beau et pratique malgré les séjours irréguliers des propriétaires. Il profite d’une terrasse incroyable, et c’était clairement son meilleur atout lorsque les propriétaires l'on découvert. Habitués à venir ponctuellement à Buenos Aires, ils savaient qu’ils tenaient un logement rare. Et cela même si l’intérieur nécessitait une sérieuse remise en route. Alejandra Nusenovich a donc piloté une rénovation complète, avec une attention particulière portée à la durabilité des matériaux.
L’appartement accueille souvent des amis de passage, et l’idée était de garder un lieu simple à vivre. L’architecte d’intérieur a sélectionné des finitions robustes, permettant de conserver un aspect soigné sans effort particulier. Le changement le plus malin reste la création de la salle à manger. Elle a été installée contre le mur jouxtant l’ascenseur. Cet emplacement peu valorisé est devenu un coin très agréable, grâce à une table et deux bancs noirs. La cuisine a été optimisée sans explosion de budget, en réutilisant la hotte et les plans de travail existants. Les travaux de ce deux-pièces rénovés ont permis d'en faire un appartement fonctionnel. In the vibrant Palermo Botánico neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, this renovated one-bedroom flat has been given a new lease of life thanks to interior designer Alejandra Nusenovich. Its terrace overlooking the city was the inspiration behind the entire project. It was designed to remain beautiful and practical despite the owners' irregular stays. It boasts an incredible terrace, which was clearly its best feature when the owners first discovered it. Accustomed to visiting Buenos Aires from time to time, they knew they had found a rare gem, even though the interior needed serious work. Alejandra Nusenovich therefore oversaw a complete renovation, paying particular attention to the durability of the materials.
The flat often welcomes visiting friends, and the idea was to keep it simple and liveable. The interior designer selected robust finishes, allowing it to maintain a neat appearance without any particular effort. One of the smartest change was the creation of the dining room. It was installed against the wall next to the lift. This previously underused space has been transformed into a very pleasant corner, thanks to a table and two black benches. The kitchen has been optimised without breaking the bank, by reusing the existing extractor hood and worktops. The renovation work on this one-bedroom apartment has made it a functional space.
