La propriétaire de l’appartement – une jeune femme informaticienne – était ouverte à l’expérimentation visuelle. C'est ainsi que l’architecte d’intérieur Anastasia Zarkua chargée de sa décoration a pu y introduire de la couleur. Cet appartement de trois-pièces de 62m2 en style contemporain donne une sensation constante d’espace et d'originalité mais sans en faire trop. Les matériaux naturels, comme le rotin, le coton et le lin, adoucissent sa décoration. Ils accompagnent des lignes modernes tout en lui offrant une atmosphère accueillante et vivante. La distribution initiale convenait parfaitement, évitant d'avoir à abattre des cloisons. Les différentes zones se distinguent par des jeux de couleurs bien choisis. Un sol uniforme traverse l’appartement, reliant visuellement chaque pièce.
La cuisine ouverte associe design contemporain et vert doux pour dynamiser la grande pièce de vie. Dans le salon, un mur bleu clair est rythmé par des moulures signées Orac Decor, ajoutant relief et caractère. La chambre est décorée par une peinture murale grise, véritable point focal de la pièce. Un bureau indépendant dans cet appartement de trois-pièces de 62m2 s’imposait pour répondre aux exigences du télétravail de la propriétaire. Il intègre aussi un coin repos, idéal pour souffler entre deux tâches exigeantes. Le sol de la salle de bain est habillé d'un carrelage graphique et est complété par des carreaux muraux gris brillants.
The flat's owner – a young IT specialist – was open to visual experimentation. This allowed interior designer Anastasia Zarkua, who was responsible for the décor, to introduce colour. This 62m2 two-bedroom flat in a contemporary style gives a constant feeling of space and originality without being over the top. Natural materials such as rattan, cotton and linen soften the décor. They complement the modern lines while creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. The original layout was perfect, avoiding the need to knock down any walls. The different areas are distinguished by well-chosen colour schemes. A uniform floor runs throughout the apartment, visually connecting each room.
The open-plan kitchen combines contemporary design and soft green tones to energise the large living area. In the living room, a light blue wall is punctuated by mouldings by Orac Decor, adding texture and character. The bedroom is decorated with a grey mural, which is the focal point of the room. A separate office was needed to meet the owner's teleworking requirements. It also includes a relaxation area, ideal for taking a break between demanding tasks. The bathroom floor is covered with graphic tiles and complemented by shiny grey wall tiles.
