Aménager un studio de 23m2 : le pari coloré de deux designers

Dans ce studio de 23m2, les deux designers à la tête du Studio VIZ-DIZ, ont transformé une contrainte technique en terrain créatif. Entre couleurs franches et mobilier sur mesure, chaque mètre carré raconte leur histoire et leurs goûts. Après une inondation imprévue, dans l'appartement seuls deux placards et la cuisine ont pu été conservés. Le reste a été repensé autour d’un objectif simple, introduire davantage de couleur et choisir des matériaux résistants à l’eau. L’ancien intérieur manquait de relief, cette nouvelle version propose une ambiance énergique, pensée pour stimuler la créativité au quotidien. Le studio a conservé son plan d’origine, car modifier l’agencement aurait réduit la fonctionnalité générale. La pièce principale accueille une cuisine ouverte et un salon modulable, qui devient chambre le soir.
La cuisine s’organise autour d’un îlot central servant à la fois de rangement, de plan de travail et de table. Le salon a demandé des ajustements précis, chaque centimètre comptait pour garantir une circulation pratique. Le canapé déplié frôle le meuble télévision, conçu sur mesure par les occupants. Ce meuble combine une teinte verte, du bois et des motifs graphiques. Une niche destinée au chat a finalement trouvé une autre mission, accueillir des disques vinyles. Le fil conducteur du projet repose sur le zonage par les matériaux. Le sol et les murs varient selon les espaces, créant des contrastes nets. In this 23m2 studio, the two designers at the helm of Studio VIZ-DIZ transformed a technical constraint into a creative opportunity. With bold colours and custom-made furniture, every square metre tells their story and reflects their tastes. After an unexpected flood, only two cupboards and the kitchen could be salvaged from the flat. The rest was redesigned with a simple goal in mind : to introduce more colour and choose water-resistant materials. The old interior lacked depth, but this new version offers an energetic atmosphere, designed to stimulate creativity on a daily basis. This studio has retained its original layout, as changing it would have reduced its overall functionality. The main room features an open-plan kitchen and a modular living area, which becomes a bedroom at night.
The kitchen is organised around a central island that serves as storage, a worktop and a table. Its living room required precise adjustments, with every centimetre counting to ensure practical circulation. An unfolded sofa rubs shoulders with the television cabinet, custom-designed by the occupants. This piece combines a green hue, wood and graphic patterns. A niche intended for the cat has ultimately found another purpose: storing vinyl records. The common thread of the project is zoning by materials. Floor and walls vary according to the space, creating sharp contrasts. The colours interact freely, giving the studio a strong, joyful identity that is far from monotonous.
