Dans le 6ème arrondissement de Lyon, à deux pas du parc de la Tête d’Or, Studio Castille a transformé un appartement cloisonné en un espace pensé pour une famille d’aujourd’hui. Les professionnels ont signé la rénovation d'un appartement ancien des années 70 de 130m2 qui présentait une organisation compartimentée dépassée. L’agence a choisi de réunir le séjour, la salle à manger et la cuisine pour créer une grande pièce traversante. La lumière naturelle circule désormais librement d’une façade à l’autre. Le bois est omniprésent avec sa présence chaleureuse grâce à une bibliothèque en chêne clair dessinée sur mesure. Cet élément organise l’espace et dissimule des rangements pratiques.
La salle à manger a adopté une teinte bleu prune et la cuisine s’articule autour d’un îlot central, devenu le point de rencontre de cette jeune famille. Les espaces nuit offrent une ambiance plus intime, pensée pour le repos et dans la continuité du projet. La suite parentale combine papier peint végétal et dressing sur mesure. La chambre d’enfant privilégie des tons sobres et des rangements intégrés. Les salles d’eau mélangent carrelage graphique, robinetterie dorée et terrazzo clair. Studio Castille inscrit la rénovation de l'appartement ancien à Lyon dans une démarche responsable. The professionals undertook the renovation of a 130m2 flat dating from the 1970s, which had an outdated, compartmentalised layout. This agency chose to combine the living room, dining room and kitchen to create a large open-plan space. Natural light now flows freely from one side of the apartment to the other. Wood is omnipresent, adding warmth thanks to a custom-designed light oak bookcase. This feature organises the space and conceals practical storage.
Its dining room has been painted a plum blue and the kitchen is centred around an island, which has become the meeting point for this young family. The bedrooms offer a more intimate atmosphere, designed for rest and in keeping with the rest of the project. The master bedroom combines plant-inspired wallpaper and a custom-made dressing room. Its child's bedroom features understated tones and built-in storage. The bathrooms combine graphic tiles, gold taps and light terrazzo. Studio Castille has taken a responsible approach to the renovation of this old apartment in Lyon. Sustainable materials, low-emission paints and high-performance joinery have been prioritised.
