Couleurs franches, motifs graphiques et meubles sur mesure composent appartement éclectique fonctionnel et coloré créé pour un jeune couple en télétravail. Ici, l’éclectisme prend des airs de manifeste joyeux. Les propriétaires souhaitait un lieu vivant, loin des recettes sages et trop vues. L’architecte d’intérieur du studio YucubeDesign a donc conçu une rencontre entre modernité et accents vintage. Les volumes ont été redessinés pour intégrer un couloir, une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, un salon avec coin bureau, ainsi qu’une chambre, un dressing et une buanderie avec toilettes invités. Deux espaces de travail distincts ont été intégrés. Les rangements sur mesure longent les murs et exploitent chaque recoin disponible.
La palette présente une personnalité forte mais malgré tout équilibrée. Le parquet en chêne naturel se marie avec des murs lumineux et des aplats colorés audacieux. Bleu lavande profond, orange vif, vert éclatant et rose tendre dynamisent les pièces. Les motifs géométriques s’invitent sur les textiles, les papiers peints et les carrelages. Le mobilier mêle créations sur mesure, contreplaqué et métal, à des pièces vintage soigneusement choisies. Un fauteuil des années 1970 revisité, des lampes italiennes et danoises et une commode rétro habillent l'appartement. Chaque détail participe à l' élaboration d'une atmosphère dynamique. Bold colours, graphic patterns and custom-made furniture make up this functional and colourful eclectic flat created for a young couple who work from home. Here, eclecticism takes on the air of a joyful declaration. The owners wanted a lively space, far from the usual, overly familiar designs. An interior designer from the YucubeDesign studio therefore created a blend of modernity and vintage accents. The layout was redesigned to include a hallway, an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a living room with a study area, as well as a bedroom, a dressing room and a laundry room with a guest toilet. Two separate workspaces were incorporated. Customised storage runs along the walls, making use of every available corner.
The colour palette has a strong yet balanced personality. The natural oak parquet flooring blends with bright walls and bold colour blocks. Deep lavender blue, bright orange, vibrant green and soft pink energise the rooms. Geometric patterns feature on textiles, wallpaper and tiles. The furniture combines custom-made pieces, plywood and metal with carefully selected vintage items. A revamped 1970s armchair, Italian and Danish lamps and a retro chest of drawers adorn the apartment. Every detail contributes to the creation of a dynamic atmosphere. Photos: Ivan Sorokin
