Comment aménager un studio de 35m2 avec style? Voici un bon exemple à suivre ! Les professionnels ont choisi une palette simple. Le noir et le blanc habillent l’espace et donnent immédiatement du caractère. La cliente, une jeune femme active, connaissait déjà l’équipe après un premier projet réussi. La confiance était donc installée et le travail a pu démarrer rapidement. L’ appartement possède un atout précieux : deux grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue aérienne puisque l'appartement est situé au 53e étage d'une tour.
Le plan du promoteur divisait le logement en plusieurs pièces distinctes. Les designers ont préféré supprimer cette logique pour créer un espace de vie plus large. Seule la salle de bain reste fermée afin de préserver l’intimité nécessaire. La cuisine occupe un côté de la pièce et s’organise autour d’un îlot central. Le salon se compose d’un canapé et d’une longue estrade près des fenêtres. L’espace nuit prend place dans une alcôve sombre qui contraste avec les murs blancs. Un rideau épais permet de séparer la zone de repos lorsque nécessaire. Les matériaux jouent un rôle important dans l’atmosphère générale. Le sol en béton clair contraste avec le bois sombre et la pierre. Dans la salle de bain, les carreaux noirs grand format créent un décor assorti.
