Un appartement sur l'île Saint-Louis rénové par Elodie Sierocki

Ce projet, signé Elodie Sierocki, redéfinit l’élégance parisienne contemporaine. Dans cet appartement situé sur l’île Saint-Louis à Paris, chaque détail a trouvé naturellement sa place. Une famille canadienne installée à Hong Kong a choisi de faire de ce lieu son pied-à-terre parisien. Cet appartement profite d’un emplacement privilégié avec une vue directe sur la Seine. La professionnelle a conçu un intérieur contemporain, intemporel et parfaitement adapté à des séjours ponctuels. Elle a décloisonné l’espace de vie et réuni la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. La cuisine présente un style minimaliste avec un plan en quartzite Mont Blanc qui semble flotter légèrement. Le projet évite tout effet bling-bling et privilégie une écriture raffinée et cohérente.

La suite parentale a adopté une organisation autonome avec un dressing, une salle de bain et un coin détente. Pour la salle de bain c'est le béton ciré et des lignes simples qui ont été utilisés afin de créer une atmosphère sereine. L'architecte a relevé un défi en intégrant deux chambres dans 23m2 pour les adolescents, avec une salle d’eau et des WC. L’équipe a redessiné partiellement le salon TV afin d’y parvenir efficacement. Elle a installé aussi des mezzanines sur mesure pour exploiter la hauteur disponible et libérer l’espace. À travers cette réalisation, Elodie Sierocki a réalisé un appartement où les proportions justes et les matériaux choisis créent un ensemble harmonieux et intemporel. An apartment on Île Saint-Louis in Paris, renovated by Elodie Sierocki

This project, designed by Elodie Sierocki, redefines contemporary Parisian elegance. In this apartment on Île Saint-Louis in Paris, every detail has found its natural place. A Canadian family based in Hong Kong chose to make this their Parisian pied-à-terre. The apartment enjoys a prime location with a direct view of the Seine. The designer has created a contemporary, timeless interior perfectly suited to occasional stays. She has opened up the living space, bringing together the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The kitchen features a minimalist style with a Mont Blanc quartzite worktop that appears to float slightly. This project avoids any flashy elements, favouring a refined and cohesive aesthetic.

The master suite has been designed as a self-contained unit with a dressing room, a bathroom and a relaxation area. For the bathroom, polished concrete and simple lines have been used to create a serene atmosphere. The architect rose to the challenge of fitting two bedrooms into 23m2 for the teenagers, along with a shower room and a toilet. The team partially redesigned the TV lounge to achieve this efficiently. They also installed bespoke mezzanines to make the most of the available height and free up space. Through this project, Elodie Sierocki has created an apartment where the right proportions and carefully chosen materials come together to form a harmonious and timeless whole.
