Une chambre en plus en sous sol

C'est la récupération d'un sous sol de 17m²  dans un immeuble ancien qui a permis l'installation d'une chambre accessible de façon inhabituelle par un escalier situé dans la cuisine et créant ainsi un "souplex" comme le disent les agents immobiliers des grandes villes françaises. Elle a la chance toutefois d'être éclairée par la lumière naturelle provenant de lucarnes.

One bedroom more in the basement
This is the recovery of a basement of 17m ² in an old building which has allowed the installation of a bedroom  accessible in an unusual way by a staircase in the kitchen and creating a "souplex" as the realtors say in large French cities. It has the chance, however, to be lit by natural light coming from dormer windows.
