Pour cette jeune propriétaire, l’objectif était clair : faire de son nouvel appartement rénové de 70m2 un lieu vivant, chargé de souvenirs et de personnalité. Le Studio Monfré Arquitectura a relevé le défi en opérant une transformation radicale. Cloisons abattues, installations modernisées et plan repensé : pour que l’espace respire enfin. Ancienne résidente de l’immeuble dans son enfance, elle voulait un intérieur qui évoque ses racines tout en s’ouvrant sur la lumière. La suppression d’une chambre a permis de créer un vaste salon multifonction, où le coin détente et l'espace de travail cohabitent harmonieusement.
Dans la chambre, née de la fusion de deux anciennes pièces réunies, on découvre désormais un dressing et une salle de bains. La cuisine, malgré certaines contraintes structurelles qui ont empêché son ouverture totale, a gagné en fluidité grâce à la disparition d'une porte. Chaque choix, du carrelage coloré aux meubles chinés, reflète son goût pour les matériaux récupérés, l’art et les objets chargés d’histoire. For this young owner, the goal was clear: to turn her new 70m² apartment into a lively space, full of memories and personality. Studio Monfré Arquitectura rose to the challenge by carrying out a radical transformation. Partitions were knocked down, installations modernised and the layout redesigned to allow the space to breathe. A former resident of the building during her childhood, she wanted an interior that evoked her roots while opening up to light. The removal of a bedroom made it possible to create a large multifunctional living room, where the relaxation area and workspace coexist harmoniously.
The bedroom, created by merging two former rooms, now features a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. Despite certain structural constraints that prevented it from being completely opened up, the kitchen has gained fluidity thanks to the removal of a door. Every choice, from the colourful tiles to the antique furniture, reflects her taste for reclaimed materials, art and objects steeped in history.
