À seulement 30 minutes de Rennes, la bâtisse classique construite en 1923 est sublimée par les travaux réalisés par Laure, pour la mettre en valeur, tout en lui apportant un certain confort contemporain.
La maison d'une surface de 250 m2 sur un grand jardin séduit dès le premier regard. Elle a conservé tout le charme de l’ancien avec ses parquets, ses moulures, ses cheminées et surtout sa magnifique mosaïque Odorico dans l'entrée, véritable signature artistique de son époque Art Déco. Répartie sur plusieurs niveaux, elle offre de généreux volumes : un salon et une salle à manger réchauffés par des cheminées d’origine, un bureau élégant, une cuisine équipée accompagnée d’une arrière-cuisine pratique, sans oublier six chambres lumineuses. Just 30 minutes from Rennes, the classic building constructed in 1923 is enhanced by the work carried out by Laure, to showcase it while providing it with a certain contemporary comfort.

It has retained all the charm of the old with its parquet floors, mouldings, fireplaces, and especially its magnificent Odorico mosaic in the entrance, a true artistic signature of its Art Deco era.
