Dans ce trois pièces au look vintage de 82m2, le confort moderne s'associe au  style des années 50-60. Baigné de lumière grâce aux fenêtres panoramiques, l’appartement donne sur un forêt de pins et offre le calme au-dessus de la ville. Perché dans un quartier verdoyant de Minsk, cet appartement joue la carte du contraste. C'est la designer Anastasia Venedchuk  qui en a repensé le plan sans tout bouleverser, en respectant les murs porteurs existants. Les salles de bain et les chambres conservent leur place, mais l’espace de vie s’ouvre largement. Une cloison vitrée aux arches en chêne filtre la lumière et ferme la cuisine sans l'isoler totalement.

Celle-ci se divise en deux blocs distincts pour organiser la préparation et le rangement. Ses façades en imitation chêne affichent des cadres marqués pour un clin d’œil rétro. La palette reprend les tons de la forêt visible derrière les fenêtres panoramiques. Une fresque de pins prolonge le paysage dans le salon. Dans une chambre, des animaux dessinés de la marque Factura apportent une note médiévale. Le grès cérame imitation chêne couvre le sol, résistant aux aléas du quotidien. Les rangements sont nombreux, dont un dressing complet avec colonne lavage et séchage intégrée. Les salles de bain adoptent des robinets rétro à inserts céramique. In this 82m2 two-bedroom apartment with a vintage look, modern comfort is combined with the style of the 1950s and 1960s. Bathed in light thanks to its panoramic windows, the flat overlooks a pine forest and offers peace and quiet above the city. Perched in a leafy neighbourhood of Minsk, this flat plays on contrasts. Designer Anastasia Venedchuk redesigned the layout without completely changing it, respecting the existing load-bearing walls. The bathrooms and bedrooms remain in their original locations, but the living space has been opened up considerably. A glass partition with oak arches filters the light and closes off the kitchen without completely isolating it.

This one is divided into two separate blocks for organising food preparation and storage. Its imitation oak fronts feature marked frames for a retro touch. The colour palette echoes the tones of the forest visible behind the panoramic windows. A fresco of pine trees extends the landscape into the living room. In one bedroom, animals designed by the Factura brand add a medieval touch. Oak-effect porcelain stoneware covers the floor, resistant to the hazards of everyday life. There is plenty of storage space, including a full dressing room with integrated washing and drying column. The bathrooms feature retro taps with ceramic inserts. The whole apartment exudes a feeling that is rare in the city, as if you were floating above the treetops.
