Je vous présente souvent des petites surfaces, mais là ce n'est pas le cas. L'appartement principal fait 110m² pour seulement deux chambres, ce qui lui laisse une grande partie pour les espaces de réception, et il possède une annexe de 36m² à l'étage inférieur pouvant être relié au plus grand. Mais qu'est ce qu'on attend pour le faire?

Duplex project

I often show you small areas, but there this is not the case. The main apartment is 110sqm with only two bedrooms, leaving a lot of space for reception areas, and owns an annex of 36m ² on the lower floor which can be connected to the largest.
